This website provides general information about Velan services. It is not a binding offer, warranty or promise of particular results.

Projects and services

Every engagement is governed by a separate written proposal, order or agreement defining scope, price, delivery, ownership, support and any applicable third-party services. Work begins only after written acceptance and any agreed advance payment.

Third-party platforms

Cloud, hosting, app-store, payment and software services may be subject to their providers' terms, availability and charges. These will be identified for each project where relevant.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, this website and its original content belong to Velan or its licensors. Project intellectual-property arrangements are defined in the applicable written agreement.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
